Returns & Exchanges

  • This policy applies only to products bought directly from our website. It does not apply to purchases made through third-party sellers.

  • Unboxing Video is Mandatory:
    Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.
    This video is required if you want to request a return or exchange due to damage or defect.

Return Window

  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • After requesting, the product must reach us within the next 7 days.

Pickup & Shipping

  • We provide reverse pickup (if available in your area).

  • Pickup will be attempted twice only.

  • If pickup fails, you must ship the product back to us yourself.

  • Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.

  • A ₹150 forward shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are given as store credit (voucher) only.

  • You will receive it within 5 working days after pickup.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months.

  • Refund processing takes 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Partial refunds are not allowed.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges (including size change) are subject to availability.

  • If your size/product is not available, you can use store credit later.

  • If you want a different product:
    → Return the item
    → Get store credit
    → Place a new order

  • A product can be returned or exchanged only once.

Product Condition

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Damaged, used, or soiled products will not be accepted.

  • If you receive a product without tags, inform us immediately.

Important Conditions

  • Custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Orders with more than 5 items are considered bulk orders and are not eligible for return/refund.

  • We are not responsible for damage during return shipping.

  • Unidentified returns may be sent back to you.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
